Here’s What to Expect From Us From Start to Finish …
- Text Message reminder that you are scheduled for lawn service the weekend of or days before your scheduled appointment so you know when to expect our services.
- Text Message One Hour Before Given Estimated Time of Arrival for Every Visit that we are in Route to Your Home for Your Service So you Know When to Expect Us on Your Property.
- Walk – Around Evaluation of Your Property.
- Notification of any Additional Price Adjustment only if Needed Before Service are Started. (This is usually for first time customers.)
- Once Service is complete, We Provide Photos of Your Property or We do a Final Walk – Around with you, For Your Peace of Mind that Our Service to You is Complete & That You are Satisfied.
- If You Are Not Home at Time of Service, We Send You notification that Services are Complete Along with After Photos & notification that We are no Longer On Property and that Your Property is secure ensuring that gates are properly closed.
